This is a great chiropractic office! They are very professional and helpful. I went in with a slipped disk and after three appointments it's doing a lot better. They were able to give me Physical therapy and stretches to do at home. I think they genuinely care about patients healing. As for insurance as others have mentioned, you should contact your insurance company and see if chiropractic visits are covered, they can't determine that for you.

I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment I received when reaching out to Santa Cruz Spine and Sport. I simply inquired whether they were accepting new patients with Blue Cross / American Specialty Health insurance. Instead of a straightforward answer, I received a condescending and judgmental email implying that I care more about insurance than my health, and even suggesting that I seek out a “chiropractic mill.” As a patient, it’s completely reasonable to ask about insurance coverage, especially when everything is costing more. The response I received made unfair assumptions about my priorities and dismissed me in a way that felt unkind, unprofessional and disrespected me as a basic human being. I’m in the middle of a severely painful episode involving my back, hip and thigh. Dr. Murray has not only been kind and compassionate, but he’s also been extremely helpful in easing my pain and discomfort. It’s been about 2.5 weeks, I’ve had several visits and I’d say I’m close to 70%-75% better. He reduced my pain significantly within the first visit. I am deeply appreciative of Dr.Murphy, his wealth of knowledge and his capable hands and elbows. His office has state of the art healing aids AND a “magic table.” The office is clean and modern and those working within bring a calm, nurturing energy and genuinely empathize. They know you’re in pain and they want to help. If you’re in pain, call Dr. Murray.

The staff and Chiropractor are really friendly here. The adjustment and therapy are really nice and help a lot I always leave feeling a whole lot better. Will definitely keep returning and would highly recommend to anybody. I wanted to give some recognition to one of the newest Chiropractor in the Spine & Sport team. Jorge Rosado has been giving me some great therapy in my most recent visits. He not only gives you some great adjustments but also recommends some cool exercises you can do at home. I would highly recommend you give Jorge a try if you have not already.

Justin McLeod is one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going to him intermittently for several years, and he has the best sense of what my body needs. I tend to have more shoulder and neck issues, mostly due to stress and sleep problems, and he gets me feeling 100% every time. He even fixed a sprained ankle once by adjusting it, which I thought was amazing. Highly recommend!
