Second time recently coming for imaging and both time i arrive early as they tell me to, and both times running very late. The first time the MD was not even in the office for another 45 minutes. Next time, they were running 40 minutes late and did not mention this. Waiting for an hour as I did arrive before my appointment. They used to run on time and communicate if they were running late and no longer. Time to find a new imaging center…. They used to be amazing. Not sure what happened.

Most staff were very kind, but on my last visit the interactions with imaging staff and the doctor felt cold and detached. I also had issues with the office communicating with my previous hospital for medical records despite frequent calls from both me and the previous hospital’s record staff. In reflecting on my visits several months later, I am left feeling unfavorable about the overall experience.

For approximately 20+ years I had excellent service from Dr. Judy Dean and after she retired, the physicians that replaced her. I was always given my results the same day or the following day. Yesterday, for the first time it was very different. I was told I wouldn’t be receiving my results, but that within a week my referring physician would get the results and I would need to contact them. I am deeply sad that the Women’s Imaging I trusted no longer will even send me my results in a timely way. I will need to find a new and caring place that believes patients deserve the right to know the results of mammogram and ultrasound tests. 😢

This was my first time at the facility. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. I arrived earlier than my appointment time, and they were able to take me sooner, which I really appreciated. Honestly, Viviana was the nicest and most gentle person I’ve ever had when she did my mammogram. The facility itself was not impressive, and could use some cheering up, but the service and staff were exceptional.

I had an ultrasound and mammogram performed on my left breast because I found a small painful string of lumps. The receptionist and technicians were great. My results came back, showing no signs of a cancerous growth. But after I was dressed, a male entered the dressing room with an assistant and asked to palpate the area. I gave him a weird look. He responded that he does this with all his patients. I have never been examined in a dressing room. A room with an exam table was needed. I don't see his photo included with the other members of the team, but it could be the website has not been updated. His approach struck me as unprofessional.
