Amazing space with a soothing ambiance. Paul Freedom is a wonderful massage therapist. He is generous and caring. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to muscles and their interactions. I'm definitely going back.

Paul is a gifted healer. I’ve seen a lot of massage therapists for chronic issues, and I can say that Paul is top-notch. He’s also very generous and thorough, and we went a bit over because he wanted to make sure we addressed the things I mentioned.

Paul is more than a masseuse, he is clearly tapped into a higher healing power that I’ve experienced transform not just my physical body, but my mind and spirit as well. As someone who has had adverse reactions to Massage for back pain, I was skeptical to come to Paul to help with severe lower back pain however, I’ve never been so wrong. He was able to find parts of my body that were harboring deep grief, and ancestral pain and let them flow. I’ve never had such a spiritually in-tune and heart opening massage session before. Issues that I didn’t think were treatable with Massage were drastically improved from my session with him. He has clearly been given a gift that he so generously shares through his practice. I had my first massage with Paul today and it was honestly life changing. By far the best massage I have ever had. Paul is extremely intuitive and has the best energy. He offers many different types of bodywork and somehow he knew exactly what I needed. He even spent extra time with me, just because we both had the time. I left feeling high on life and actually called my husband crying. Truly an incredible experience. I can not say enough great things about Paul at Sol et Luna. Highly, highly recommend!

Paul is an absolute wizard. Life-changing work is happening through that man's hands. He knows how to listen to the body and you can feel that his intention is to bring healing and peace to the body. Well worth the price!!
