Unfortunately, my partner and I had a very negative experience with this dental practice. Despite advertising themselves as compassionate and patient-centered, we found the dentist we were switched to at the last minute to be dismissive, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We felt like we were treated as just another billable commodity, rather than individuals deserving of empathy and support. While we understand that clinical mistakes may not have been made, we feel that the lack of care and compassion shown to us was just as damaging. We strongly recommend seeking out a different dentist who truly values their patients' wellbeing and emotional needs.
