The worst “healthcare” I have ever experienced. At my initial visit I shared symptoms of UTI- Dr. Aballay did a urine dip and said it was clear despite my symptoms. Sent to lab. I returned the next week complaining of same symptoms as well as back pain and asked if it could be a kidney infection. He said he didn’t think so and “googled” my symptoms in the room. I told him I googled doctored it myself and that I’m confident something is wrong. He ran another dip which he said was clean. I asked if there were additional tests he could add to the bloodwork he’d ordered for cholesterol. He added a urine culture to the lab draw. And what do you know, it came back positive. Results came in over the weekend so I expected to hear from the doctor Monday since I was now 2 full weeks into this infect

Today I had my yearly check up! Dr A made everything so easy so friendly so approachable and so thorough, very compassionate and caring about your personal needs. He also thought of more information that I needed that I didn't even know I needed! He gave me all my referrals to keep me healthy! I feel safe going to him and I know he has my health as his number one priority! Thank you so much and the girls at the front desk Rock also!

Wonderful front desk, and medical staff friendly and helpful. The office is large plenty of seating very clean . I was called at my appointment time. There is also plenty of parking. It was an excellent experience.

I presented for an annual physical and my provider suggested I have a cervical cancer screen. I was not prepared for such an appointment so I was told to come back. I made an appointment to complete the screen and was told it was a follow up. I am supposed to receive preventive care which includes this test. I was told there was no other code available and they had to use a follow up even though this was part of the annual wellness exam. I came back and completed the screen. Then I was charged 50 dollars for a follow up. This screen is supposed to be covered by my health insurance. I have called and escalated the issue but was told I need to pay for the annual preventive screen. If I had been told to come prepared for a Pap smear, I would have done so. Instead Sanitas has placed a barrie

This place is a joke! It took them a week or more to get an appointment to see me and they set up my appointment a week later (after just leaving a hospital) . Finally the day of the appointment arrived, I was told to be there by 3pm. Then somehow they changed it to 3:30 so I waited for over 40 minutes to be brought to the back, left sitting in a room for another 45 minutes. Then when I went out of the room to the rest room, they tell me it will be soon! I waited more and finally an hour and a half later they still wanted me to wait longer! I was there waiting from 3 pm to passt 4:30 and nothing. Save your gasoline and don’t bother, they’re rude and have zero compassion. I will never go back!
