Staff friendly and quick visits. Nice experience if all you need is something simple like yearly blood work. However found my Dr to be very inexperienced. Left confused and upset after last visit and immediately scheduled a second opinion thankfully. Turns out my Sanitas Dr didn't even order a full blood work. He also would have started me on medication I don't need and ordered a procedure which is dangerous to do without full information.

Dr.Gutierrez is the best doctor ever, he is very observant ! I got the shingles, and his aggressive treatment plan got me better in less than 3 days. I am so thankful he got me feeling better so quickly as I was in real pain. But now I have to go back to work so soon 😞. Thank you Dr. Gutierrez for taking such great care of me, Christine

It has now been over a week and a half since my prescription was requested, and it still has not been filled. It was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and what would take minutes to send it to the correct pharmacy has been a disaster. Despite repeated assurances that “the provider is working on it,” nothing has been resolved. I have called more than ten times over a span of a week and a half, been transferred from person to person, and repeatedly told the issue was being “escalated,” yet no action has been taken. It shouldn’t be this difficult to simply send a prescription… I am in urgent need of this medication. Based on my experience, if you value your health, I would strongly caution against entrusting it to this unprofessional group.

I had a fantastic experience at Sanitas with Dr. Gutierrez. The care and attention I received were exceptional—Dr. Gutierrez was thorough, kind, and truly made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional medical care!

Might as well call China. Several phone calls later, I was able to set up an appointment. Very dissapinting call center. Nobody seems to speak English.
