Sanitas Medical Center

I had an excellent experience, I made an appointment and they sent me a confirmation on my phone, The Sanitas web site was very easy to Set Up, the Doctor Clair Heather was very nice, they also speak English and Spanish. 😀

I had to change doctors due to a change in my insurance. I was assigned Dr. Lucksley. When I arrived for my appointment, I was properly greeted by the receptionist and processed into my appointment. Dr Lucksley was personable and through, it was a very good visit.

I contacted Sanitas for an appointment due to a recent surgery that required PCP follow up within a week. I voiced this concern to the receptionist that I spoke with over the phone. I was told that I would not be able to be seen for over a month. After emphasizing the need to be assessed by a provider due to my recent surgery (this is normal practice for surgery patients and crucial for monitoring recovery, addressing potential complications, and ensuring a smooth transition back into normal activities), the receptionist told me that he would speak with the provider. After a few minutes, I was then told that I would still not be seen until over a month later. I find this clear lack of understanding to be quite concerning.

Very clean facility even offers snacks and coffee has a very welcoming front desk staff and great doctors the only negative is the wait which isn't bad unless your in a time crunch but the friendly staff and nice environment will keep you nice and comfortable.
