Sanitas Medical Center

I was very impressed with my visit to Sanitas Medical Center and especially with Doctor Miguel Reyes. The facility is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. What stood out the most was how kind and helpful all the staff were. Dr. Reyes was thorough and professional. I definitely recommend him and this Sanitas location.

The facilities are new, clean, and spacious. The staff is warm and friendly; they truly care about the patients in a humane way—it’s clear it’s not just about 'customer service.' Appointments are handled quickly without long wait times.

I had a great experience at Sanitas Medical Center. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. The office was clean, modern, and had a very welcoming feel. I was seen right on time, and everyone I interacted with was attentive, kind, and thorough. Dr. Reyes was excellent — he took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Heizel Baez, the manager, was also incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. I also appreciated how easy everything was with my Blue Cross insurance — no issues, and the staff answered all my questions. Overall, I’m really happy with the care I received and will definitely continue

Sanitas medical center is a decent place and they try their best to provide good care.

Unpleasant experience trying to make an appointment to see my assigned doctor. Also, nobody speaks English so it is like calling the Phillipines for healthcare.
