Sanford Health Acute Care Clinic

After 9 am on Sunday, and there not even open!!!! Update they showed up at 930 and explained someone didn't show up, staff is friendly and actually cares about there patients.

Lovely nurses and doctor here — driving through toward Aberdeen and our two year old had a sudden rash, so we stopped to get it checked out. Friendly attentive staff even at 6pm on a Friday and our little guy was just fine with a small hive-like reaction that was already fading during our visit. Super considerate and nice gals.

I love the staff at Sanford but I am encountering the most frustrating issues with my medication and maintaining a regular schedule because I can't ever get the approval I need on time. I'm currently working with a patient advocate to try and get this problem figured out so that I can get on a more fixed schedule. I'm worried that I'll be labeled as a difficult patient due to me constantly contacting the nurse and doctor trying to get the approval on time. I'm often told at my appointment to ask a few days before my prescription runs out but then when I try they tell me it's too soon. So I'm not sure what course of action I'm supposed to take here. I've talked to my pharmacy and they're at a loss also. Is anyone else experiencing this with their medication? It's so frustrating.
