Massage & Wellness Connection

I had my first massage today with Karmen and it was incredible! I felt instantly welcomed. She was able to use her extensive knowledge and skilled technique and tailored it to my needs and I left feeling 10x better! I've already booked my second appointment and can't wait.

This is my review of Karmen from the Massage and Wellness Connection. It is way over due and well earned. I have seen Karmen twice now. I am 60 years old and have suffered for years from scar tissue in, around, and under my shoulder blade from years and years of abuse from playing softball and tennis. Lots of rocks and scrap constantly causing pain as I not only used it but when I slept on it. I have had ultra sound done on the area in the past and it would help but the pain never ever when away completely just kind of got better but the minute I started using my shoulder hard again the pain came back- usually stronger than before. Karmen is hands down the BEST!!!! she is detailed in her explanation, and how to care for your body not only on her table but at home. If you suffer from any kind of chronic pain, she’s definitely your lady consider yourself lucky to have her as your massage therapist.

Karmen has been a great help to me with my plantar fasciitis and other issues that it has caused with my body. Never thought I’d find any relief but doing myofascial release on me has been really helping! No other massage therapist has told me about it or recommended it, so I’m so thankful I found Karmen! She also does Chryotherapy! If you don’t know what it is ask Karmen! It blasts fat and I have had great results around my midsection! Karmen is very knowledgeable and great at what she does! I would give her 10 stars if I could!
