Sands Constellation Heart Institute - Batavia Cardiac Testing

My 80 year old mother had an appointment this morning at 10:20 to see a vascular surgeon. She has neuropathy in both feet, they are both numb and ice cold all the time… she’s been waiting 2 months for this appointment. They texted her cell and called our home phone to confirm this appointment twice during the week. We arrived at 10:00… I dropped her off and went to run some errands. 10 minutes later I got a text from my mom. THEY CANCELED HER APPOINTMENT and didn’t bother to tell her until we showed up there. We drove through construction (sat through the same light for 10 minutes) and wasted an hour of our day because they don’t have the courtesy to tell their patients when appointments can’t be kept. They immediately handed her a paper with her new appointment time, 10:00 on the 26th of

Receptionist is rude! I called to change time of appts and she was just not friendly and had a sarcastic tone. Unfortunately for the doctor the person answering the phone for the office sets the tone and can make people choose to go to another facility.

Beautiful, new facility with staff that are helpful and courteous.
