I am very disappointed in the services we received today October 20, 2020. I made an appointment over the phone for my son. While on the phone, I specifically stated I would be paying for his copayment with a credit card. When my son arrived he informed me that they wanted cash payment only because their card machine was not working. The Doctor (Sandra Reed) refused to bill him or allow me to pay later over the phone when the card machine started working again. It was imperative that my son be seen but she still refused to treat him. The copayment was only forty five dollars. I know all businesses need their money but we were not trying to get out of paying. It was not our fault that the card machine was not working. Please note, during this Pandemic most places have only been accepting cr
