I used to see Paul Hankenson, who has since retired. I wasn't sure if I was going to find another office or not, but decided to give his replacement a try. I met with Christiana for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with her ability to listen to my needs and concerns as well as ask questions and offer solutions. She is the kind of person who I would wait in line to see. Can't say enough good things about her.

Love Dr Hankenson! His nurse is very kind and thoughtful. Front staff are friendly and welcoming! Lab technician, what more can I say! She is awesome sticking my tiny moving veins and very friendly and quick. She understands you’re scared!

Giving the one star for the nurse practitioner Patel. Over all, the average care at this office is 3 stars. It’s better than the local hospital. However I found Patel is awfully dismissive and the type of provider who says, “I think your issue is anxiety.” instead of actually listening and looking deeper and then treating the real issue. Her attitude is so awful and pushy and I did not feel listened to or cared for at all! Not everything is anxiety! Sheesh! I bet she’s the type of provider that explains away health issues with a dismissive, “It’s because you’re overweight.”. I’m not overweight, but I could totally see her doing that, because that’s exactly the type of treatment I was provided. My son (14) had his first appointment today and she was amazing. The best doctor I have ever seen. She was informative, seemed eager to help my boy. We absolutely loved her. Him included in that and he is not great with doctors. We are very grateful to have found her. She will have my son as a patient for a long time.

I recently saw Dr. Patel as a first time patient and her care was nothing short of amazing. She was thorough, understanding, personable and efficient. I left the office feeling so welcomed and hopeful. I would recommend her to anyone!
