Im a transplant patient. I've literally called this facility for 2 weeks now as you will see in the attached screenshot. Each time I an promised that they called back and they never do. Ive officially run out of medicine today. This is absolutely unacceptable and at this point I think im going to have to change facilities. This is not the first tkme this has happened and they do need to change their patient doctor interaction methods.
