I would have to say this was one of the most pleasant, friendliest, professional and thorough customer service experiences I have had in years. This was my first visit and I was so impressed with every interaction from the front desk and every staff member to the billing breakdown and options. They were punctual and efficient. Root canals are no fun & mine was directly in front of an implant I had spent a lot of money on years ago. I was also nervous because I had already lost the tooth behind the implant, due to a bad crown from another dentist just 1 year prior. My husband had recommended them as he was SO impressed with Dr. McKinney after having a tooth extracted. My appt was scheduled with Dr. Lama. I was so nervous that I called and spoke with the awesome 1st receptionist, who was very considerate and gave me great comfort by explaining Dr. Lama's experience. I even took the day off, in anticipation for the need of recovery at home vs. work. Upon request, I received a neck pillow & blanket. Hands down the best, most personable dentist I’ve ever been to. They made me feel comfortable and even heated up a blanket for me! The dentist is professional and you can tell he knows what he is doing. The entire staff made me feel like a long time friend and they all got along with each other. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Best hygienist I’ve ever had. Constantly checking to make sure I was doing ok, and showed me everything I was going to pay for before she started. Explained each thing as she did it. I’m 28 and I never really knew what they did in there besides a generic “teeth cleaning” so it was nice to learn what is actually being done and what I’m paying for.
