Sand Canyon Urgent Care in Irvine

My mother had a cold and cough since Feb 20. Our family doctor prescribed antiviral medicine, but it didn’t help and she later developed a fever that comes and goes. I took her to Sand Canyon Urgent Care. Dr. Brent was very attentive and caring. He ordered a swab test to check the cause and prescribed cough medicine, and asked us to monitor how she responds. I really appreciate his professionalism and care. The nurse who did the swab seems friendly and smiling. However, my mother was startled during the first swab, and the second attempt felt like it didn’t go in very far. I’m a little concerned this might affect the test result. Overall, we appreciate Dr. Brent’s care and hope the clinic can continue providing great service while ensuring testing procedures are done thoroughly

Very helpful staff. They answered all my questions and explained all my options very clearly by phone. This was the only place I could find that could give me a yellow fever vaccine same day in southern orange county. Life saver before I travel. Recommended to me by OC Health Agency. Very friendly and helpful staff in clinic as well. Reasonable costs compared to Passport Health. Thank you!

The staffs were super friendly , helpful and fast. From the moment I arrived, I was taken straight to a clinic room. They cleaned my wound immediately, and I saw the doctor in under five minutes. Everything was explained clearly, and I received treatment right away. Excellent and efficient care.

I was treated very well and a friendly and most respected way. From the girls at the front desk to the nurse technician that assessed me Gracie she explained everything very well. Then I saw Dr. Renee. She went over my prior one month ago labs to determine what procedure we needed to take for my infection. I was very happy and pleased when I left.

Hi, this is Theresa Banfill (I was the patient. Not sure why Dennis’ name appeared?) Very easy to make an appointment on-line! Renee (PA), Guillermo (Nurse:Assistant) were very welcoming. My exam was very thorough. Renee addressed all my symptoms and ordered prescriptions accordingly! I was also very impressed with the Office! I have gone to Sand Canyon Urgent Care-Laguna Hills for 20+ years (Dr. Brent Ridder was simply bathe best!). I was pleased that the Irvine Office was open on Sunday’s and the records were accessible! Definitely 5-Star for sure!
