Sanctus Therapeutic Massage & Bodyworks

I have been suffering pretty terrible back pain from an injury a couple months ago. It never quite healed all the way, and it was a constant nagging pain. I tried everything on my own to fix it, and I thought that I was just getting old and that it wasn't going to heal. In just one Session, Carol loosened up some of the deep muscles that was causing all of the pain and pressure inside of my back. I have never had so much pain disappear so quickly. If you ever have a constant nagging pain or soreness, don't think twice. It is worth every single penny to come here get it fixed and live without the pain!

My wife has been visiting Sandy on a monthly basis for over year. While she was there a couple months ago she noticed Carol performs "Connective Tissue Massage". A little back story about me: I fell 38 feet in a rock climbing accident almost 2 years ago. I've had many surgeries and have been dealing with nerve damage and very limited range of motion due to my injuries. From my very first session with Carol, I've gotten a much greater range of motion. My progress over the last 4 months has allowed me to start working out in the gym again. Last week, I was able to complete 4 spin classes and 3 other gym workouts and have been able to start riding my bike outdoors again. During my sessions, Carol addresses my concerns and provides me with stretches to do at home to assist in my greater range

I had an accident in 2013 and broke my shoulder and knee. After firing 4 PTs I started coming to Carol. She worked to increase my rotation and dig out the scar tissue from the multiple surgeries. I would not be moving like I am today or be as pain free without her expert care. Carol is extremely talented and knowledgeable about injuries and the body. I highly recommend her work if you have body issues.

I have been seeing Carol for 4+ years. I am convinced that without her help I would never have been able to attain my dream of participating in a bodybuilding competition last fall at age 67. Yeah it is not often the most comfortable feeling when being treated, the very nature of what I do results in tissue tears and restricted mobility. Carol has always been able to allow me to continue my training. More than a massage therapist, a healer!!

Carol does amazing prenatal massage! After first visiting a couple other places and leaving disappointed I gave Sanctus a try. The most frustrating thing about prenatal massage is not being able to lie on your stomach. But between the perfect firmness of the bed and pillow and Carol's knowledge and experience, I was able to completely relax on my side and not feel like I had to push against the massage to keep from rolling over. Even with deep tissue massage!! Carol was always able to address what was bothering me that day and even what I didn't realize was bothering me that I'd just been living with. I fully credit her for my mostly pain- and swelling-free pregnancy!
