So slow! Worse service ever. If you don’t want to wait 2 hours to be seen I suggest you do not go here. So unprofessional

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Called at 9:08am because I wanted to grab a copy of my daughter's medical records for school enrollment. Get transferred to Perryville location. Woman says to call back between 9 and 5, during office hours. I say "It's 9:08" to which she replies "Well, I advised you to call back between 9 and 5". I ask if the office is closed today for some reason to which she responds "I'm not at privilege to give you that information, you'll need to call back during office hours" I'm glad they hire people with special needs but that was the worst, most inconsiderate conversation I think I've ever had. Don’t go here!!!!! I’ve been taking my son in for the same issue for 4 months now and they keep dismissing me. The nurse (I believe her name was Kendra) today wouldn’t refer us to a GI because in her words “would look like a dumb nurse for referring us”. She cared more about looking dumb than my son’s health. If you care about your children and their health and want to be taken seriously, this is your warning not to be seen by this nurse. I have spoken to the owner and our normal nurse and they have apologized and helped since our appointment this morning.

Do not take your child here if you can help it. Her father found a job with insurance benefits solely to get her out of here. My daughter was choking severely on her milk as a newborn to where we would have to perform back blows. I was pretty much told it’s fine, but to call back if she turns blue. So until my daughter was dead or almost dead, it was just whatever. After leaving this place, she was diagnosed with a severe posterior tongue tie that was causing the choking and got it released. Sanchez pediatrics told me she didn’t have one. The receptionists weren’t wearing masks in the thick of the pandemic and had their own kids running and playing around the office. They don’t care about your kids and most certainly will do the bare minimum for them. Change your MCO, RUN.

We've always had a very positive experience here. No problems scheduling, the staff is always very nice. Patient. And they take good care of my sons medical needs.
