San Ramon Regional Medical Center- Emergency Room

If I could give this place zero stars, I would I slice my finger open late at night , Cut a vein, it was the closest place to my house. I spent 20 minutes bleeding out in the waiting room and then once I got admitted it took the doctor another hour and a half of me bleeding out before they finally showed up. He gave me two stitches. I really required more and despite me telling them that I was that the knife I was using was dirty. They did not clean my wound and it got infected now my finger is a size of a hot dog and I just broke my stitches because they weren’t tied right. Do not go here if you can help it

I would like to inform you that I urgently needed assistance at the emergency room at approximately 1:00 am. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a nurse named Michael. I want to praise Michael for his exceptional professionalism, compassion, and support throughout my visit. He promptly took care of me and efficiently organized everything within just thirty minutes. We definitely need more nurses like him. I rate him a perfect 10 out of 10.

This is a letter of commendation for the emergency physician who treated me on Sunday night December 28, 2025. In addition to being a competent doctor, Dr. Ali showed his empathy and common sense in treating me. Seeing the doctor smile while communicating with me showed me that Doctor Ali understands that being a good doctor involves not just competence, but being able to understand the stress his patients go through when finding themselves in the hospital due to injury or illness, and caring enough to try to make them feel a little more at ease. Good job, Dr. Ali.

very good!!! came here in the middle of the worst stomach bug of all time. they took me back almost immediately and the nurses and doctor were very responsive! facility is clean and they checked on me promptly. sent me home with appropriate medication. will come here again (hopefully not needed lol) but would recommend !!!

My friend Marge needed to go to the emergency room for care and saw Dr. Thiara and Nurse Daniel. They provided excellent care. Both were efficient and kind. All of the staff were wonderful.
