Love the new office, contemporary, comfortable, new! Efficient hygiene team, entertaining doctors, personable office staff, not to mention quality care providers! Available when there's an emergency, like when my husband broke his tooth eating a sandwich or when I got my front tooth knocked out in a lunchtime game of volleyball! Can't say enough good things about San Ramon Dental Excellence! Drive. Hakim is my longtime Doctor, he corrected my smile, (after the volleyball mishap) and became a friend after years of keeping up on my dental stuff. Dr. Patel equally as skilled, AND a self proclaimed Superior being, is somewhat comical and the office entertainment!

Dr. Patel truly takes the time to understand my needs and provide thoughtful, personalized care. Their new office is spotless and modern, and they’re excellent at managing appointments — everything always runs smoothly and on time. I always have an amazing, comfortable, friendly and informative experience at San Ramon Dental Excellence! Dr. Patel, all the dental hygienists, and the front office staff are all patient, caring, and professional. They handle procedures with the utmost gentleness and are thorough and thoughtful in their treatment. The new office is really beautiful, state of the art, and meticulously clean. Never thought I would enjoy my dentist visits, but I really do thanks to this team of great people!

I had a teeth cleaning scheduled. I arrived and I was immediately escorted to the Exam room. The hygienist asked me if I had any allergies to medication as well as latex gloves. She read my file and asked me if I wanted to hold the suction , which I always do, and she proceeded to clean my teeth. She told me if there was any discomfort or pain and she needed to stop for any reason to let her know. She didn't hurt my mouth while trying to clean my teeth although she cleaned them nicely, she was not so aggressive to wear my teeth hurt when I came home. It was the first time that I had seen this particular hygienist and she did a great job. She was also very nice making it a nicer experience. While still in the exam room she scheduled my next cleaning gave me my bag of goods and I was able t

Dr. Patel replaced my old crown with a new one. The procedure was handled perfectly. The entire staff is courteous and professional. A+ highly recommend this company.
