San Rafael Healthcare & Wellness Center

My 90 year old mother entered the San Rafael Healthcare & Wellness Center with extremely limited mobility due to spinal fractures resulting from a fall. We found the entire staff at SRH&W to be responsive, kind and compassionate care providers which we so appreciated. We are particularly grateful to Mark and the OT/PT staff who worked tirelessly and patiently to help mom regain her strength and basic mobility during her stay at the facility which enabled her to be discharged to Assisted Living.

Our mother did not have a good experience at this facility. While people were kind, we found it difficult to get information from staff. After two weeks, we saw our mother get worse rather than better and we made the decision to bring her home.

The staff at San Rafael Healthcare and Wellness Center was dedicated and talented. The PT and OT staff was excellent. They were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and very patient in my rehab. I always felt I was being helped by professionals who cared. They have a very cheerful sitting area in the sun filled outdoor court yard with lots of lovely plants to enjoy, It was a very good place for me to be during my physical rehabilitation period.

Horrific neglect. Unavailable doctor, lazy wreckless nurses. A place to go die, not recover
