Dr. Kassis and his office staff are OUTSTANDING! I've been a patient for several years and I would not ever look for another doctor because he listens and cares. I mean REALLY cares. Dr. Kassis is a true professional. His bedside manner is filled with compassion and comfort. I am literally here at this moment... this lady put me on hold for 11.43 second... I drove from my office here with the hold music on and walk inside and see one looking at a book one on the phone and one looking at me like why I have the music on my phone... very unprofessional... my appointment ain't made and I have to wait for the doctor Kossie just to make sure my appointment is made... Run from this place
