Had a great experience at this office. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Everything across the board is explained clearly with great transparency about the whole process and costs, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere and environment were way better than any of my previous dentist experiences. My hygienist was Suleika, who was awesome! She was super friendly, fun to talk to, and made the whole process go very smoothly. She also did a great job explaining everything she was doing and the reasoning behind it. The cleaning was extremely thorough with great attention to detail. You can really tell they care about making sure you’re properly taken care of and that nothing is overlooked. We had an incredible experience at San Carlos Dental Care. My kids and I all had first time visits. We actually had to reschedule at first as i had an ear infection and that went so smoothly, we were scheduled the following week with no problems at all. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely nice. We were greeted right away with warm smiles. It's very nice and clean inside. Michelle did such a great job with my kids. They really felt comfortable and their teeth are so clean! Suleika was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! So kind, hilarious and my cleaning was so thorough. Dr. Newberry is seriously the greatest. This was my first time going to San Carlos Dental care and I had a great experience. I usually don’t like the dentist, but Suleika was my dental hygienist and she explained everything perfectly to me. She was very helpful and attentive to making sure I felt comfortable. The staff was very nice and overall kind. Definitely will be coming back Suleika made my experience 100% better !!

I’ve visited San Carlos Dental Care three times now, and each visit with Suleika Mendoza has been an excellent experience. She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Her tooth cleanings are thorough yet gentle, and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing without making it feel rushed or clinical. What really stands out is how nice and approachable she is — which, honestly, has been a refreshing change from some past dental experiences I’ve had elsewhere. She has a calm, positive demeanor that makes the entire appointment much more pleasant. Because of Suleika, going to the dentist is no longer something I dread. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist.

This place is amazing. I have never felt comfortable during a dentist appointment until I visited San Carlos dental care. They got me in as a new patient that day. (Crazy!) During my visit I noticed that all of the staff seem seemed happy to work there. They were all super nice. Especially Suleika, she is my hygienist from now on! She is extremely thorough and has the best bedside manner, I've ever experienced. While going to a routine cleaning (I thought) she had to give me some upsetting news that would normally make me FREAK OUT, but she explained everything to me (many times lol) and put my mind at ease, all while making me laugh throughout the whole visit. I have my first dental procedure scheduled for Monday and I'm not nervous at all. Thank you Suleika and all of the awesome staff
