I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled here, and honestly, it was way better than I ever expected. My appointment was at 9:30am, but I showed up early and they were already set up and ready for me, which instantly made me feel like I was in good hands. Everyone was super nice, organized, and just made the whole process feel easy and not stressful at all. What really blew me away was how smooth everything went. They explained things clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and then sent me home with all the medicine I’d need. A couple days later, they called to check in on me—something I really appreciated because it showed they actually care about their patients even after the appointment is over. I am a local general dentist here in New Braunfels for the last decade and have referred hundreds of my patients here for complicated extractions and implants. I don’t know how clients can complain about this place. I had a serious abscess and after my dentist treated the infection I got an appointment here the next day with the oral surgeon. Dr. Cadillacs was MAGNIFICENT! Very professional and gentle. I had IV sedation and I barely felt the needle. I was so comfortable and so relaxed with the staff. I was well taking care of .After we were all done I left very happy and I would highly recommend people to make an appointment. You will not be sorry you did. My family will be returning.Thank you for such a great experience.

I came here to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Parker’s team was literally phenomenal!!! I’m scared of needles and was absolutely terrified of being sedated. The nurse literally let me hold her hand while they put the IV in. While waiting for the anesthesia to kick in she even pet my head to help me relax. Whole thing felt like 5min. I am so happy I went here.
