The Movement Doc of Texas

I had a few friends recommend Brent at The Movement Doc of Texas for physical therapy and I’m so thankful they did! Before my appointment I could barely turn my head and the base of my neck was in constant pain. The clinic was easy to find, super clean, and everyone there was incredibly friendly. Brent did a full evaluation, treated the tight areas with dry needling, stretched everything out afterward, and gave me exercises to continue doing at home. He was extremely professional and explained everything along the way. Even weeks later my neck still feels significantly better and I finally have my full range of motion back! I highly recommend seeing him if you’re looking for great physical therapy!!

Dr. Alisha Ponce is the best physical therapist I have ever been to. I came in after months of dealing with running-related injuries, and from the start her assessment stood out. It was extremely thorough, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of detail and care she put into understanding my injury and training background. After the assessment, we started treatment right away. The whole team specializes in working with athletes, and that made a huge difference. She understands the demands of training, so I never felt like I had to explain what I was doing or why certain phases mattered, she already knew. I can’t say enough about how much the team at The Therapy Doc of Texas has helped! I came in with shoulder pain around 6 weeks ago and began working with Dr. Brent Rachall. Since I began with my individualized therapy program, their expertise, patience and encouragement has made my shoulder, pain free. Every session was patient focused with one-on-one therapy and complete focus on my recovery. I’m incredibly grateful for their teams incredible care and would recommended them to anyone needing physical therapy!

This place is incredible! I found it through a referral of a running buddy who found it from her coach. This place specializes in athletes- no more sharing traditional PT spaces with the elderly and equipment that isn't totally what you need. This place has it all! There are a lot of free weights, a squat rack, hurdles, a treadmill, plyometric boxes and more! Whatever sport/activity you enjoy, they will make sure you can do it! I have been going to PT elsewhere, Airrosti and seeing an Orthopedist for nearly 3 years to slightly feel better but not have my issue resolved. By my THIRD visit with Brent I was already noticing changes! It was taking my muscles longer to fatigue and hurt during certain exercises than before.
