This office is a complete mess from start to finish. Despite my mom calling ahead of time and clearly explaining that my sister would be bringing me, the receptionist still stopped us mid-paperwork to interrogate my sister and then flat-out said I would not be getting my teeth cleaned unless a parent physically showed up. No attempt to problem-solve. No professionalism. Just attitude. Because of THEIR incompetence, my dad had to leave work just to come sign papers that should’ve been handled before we even arrived. It somehow got worse once I was taken back. I was moved between three different rooms because none of their X-ray equipment was working. While I was being bounced around, staff openly complained to each other about how many rooms they “had to clean” and even said things like,

The only reason I’m giving this place more than one star is because the dentist herself was friendly. Otherwise, it would be a one-star experience based on repeated poor customer service. We’ve had several appointments here in the past, and the issues have been consistent. My wife has waited 30–40 minutes past her scheduled time just to be seen. Our last two appointments were both rescheduled—twice—due to “staffing issues.” Today was another frustrating visit. Construction on W 29th Street had traffic down to one lane, and I was delayed a few minutes trying to make a left turn across bumper-to-bumper traffic. I arrived at the door four minutes late. Came for the first time and the receptionist was so sweet and nice and made conversation with my daughter making us feel very welcome I myself want to come here for my future denal reagents and the prices are very reasonable and the payment plans are a plus definitely recommend

I things that people were very wonderful and super super nice they even fit me in on a day when I thought I was supposed to be there and not until the next day they got me right in. This was my first time there and now I found a new dentist

I just want to say I've been here three times. I truly appreciate how patient and caring they are. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you all for your hard work and patience! They do get busy but that's why it's important to properly get yourself scheduled for the day. They're a dentist office and not a fast food restaurant. Dental work is to never be rushed unless you truly don't care about your teeth. I will admit I was there a total of two hours and in all honesty I never not once felt that they didn't care. They checked in on me when they could and when it was my turn ,they were fully focused on me. Patience is key for the important things in life.
