I must share my story I came into this office with a lot of pain in my tooth. I did not want to go to the hospital because the weight is too long so as I saw the sign from the train station, I came straight down and check this office out The two front desk receptionist Gloria and Andrea helped me out so much with figuring out my insurance coverage and giving me a discount for treatments. I do want to come in this office that service is very good and the assistant was very gentle with my mouth when taking x-rays cause I have a gagger as I did go to the back of the room and explain to the Doctor Who I do recommend 100% Dr. Mark Did an evaluation of my mouth and told me what was the cause of my pain And he explained to me that this needed to be addressed immediately I felt so comfortable with

The service is excellent, from the receptionists to the doctors; everyone is very professional. I highly recommend it. They keep the office very clean , and organized. They also offer us discounts! I recommend this dentist. The assistants explain the procedures in detail .

I just called my insurance for a new dentist in my area and this dentist was the one they suggested to me. However after all these negative reviews. I called the office to verify the information my insurance gave me to change my dentist. I will call my insurance and let them know how rude they were to me on the phone. I hadn't even been to their office yet. No thank you I'm no longer interested in going to this dentist. There are other dental offices!!

My first visit to Sam’s family dental office was awesome! It’s very nice and quiet and clean. They are very nice and friendly, dentist was very good and helpful , she advised me any made myself confident ! Overall very good experience! Highly recommended!

The staff here is very welcoming and helpful with the treatments. Moreover, the office is always cleaning and staff always willing to help.
