Sam's Club Pharmacy

I’m very disappointed with the service at the Sam’s Club pharmacy. On multiple occasions, the associates were not helpful at all. Instead of trying to assist or explain things, they were smiling in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. I never felt taken seriously as a customer, and simple questions were met with poor attitude rather than support. After several negative interactions, I decided to switch to CVS—and the difference is massive. The CVS pharmacy staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They answer all my questions with patience and respect, and the overall experience feels completely customer-focused. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Sam’s Club pharmacy due to the unhelpful staff and lack of basic customer service.

I recently changed my pharmacy to Sam's club in Wilkes Barre Pa. Before switching to Sam's I specifically ask if they were ever out of stock for my RX and they said they always have it it's never out of stock, I had a problem with CVS always being out of my RX, so I was getting it filled at Wegmans, they were awesome, never out of stock but my insurance changed Jan. 1st. I got my 1st fill of my RX Friday Jan 24th and guess what, they are out of stock and now I have to wait, they are closed Sunday and may not have till Tuesday, but they filled another person right before me, they admitted, because they didn't have full amount for me they gave it to another person, instead of a partial fill for me! I will be looking for a new pharmacy Monday!!!!!!!!

I am enjoying the change from Kmart where there was only two people working ......here they have three people working they also have three windows .....where Kmart only has one window ....I enjoy that a lot because if I want to pick up I don’t have to stand in line I go to my own window... also everyone is very courteous...

Actually half decent if it was not so busy. The customer service and feeling of being rushed to not ask questions if needed like at a normal pharmacy is definitely felt at this location.

Pharmacist is so knowledgeable and the techs are so patient and kind.
