DermDox Dermatology Centers

I needed to see a dermatologist for a growth that started on my face. The dermatologist through my usual network of doctors could not fit me in until September. My physical therapist suggested I try DermDox, and I was given an appointment within a week. Dr. Snyder was so nice and thorough. I am so glad I took that recommendation! I highly recommend them!

I’m a new patient and I called to schedule and I tell them my insurance and they said we do take that insurance. We then proceed to schedule an appointment. I get here today and I am told since I do not have a referral they can’t see me. This was nothing but a big waste of my time that I had to take off of work to come here. I should’ve been told on the phone that I need a referral. My insurance does not require that I have a referral to see a specialist. And considering I was coming here because of spot on my leg that has been growing and my family has a history of melanoma, and me this was a very important appointment. Very ignorant and inconsiderate.

All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable walking in as a new patient. Very thorough.

The front desk staff Joyce & Chelsea are amazing sweethearts I love their energy. Dr. TONY is super cool and took great care and concern with my appointment. I was very pleased with my overall experience.
