Sam's Club Pharmacy

I LOVE Sam's Club Pharmacy. The staff is great and super friendly. They let me know that my insurance copays were higher than using the Sam's Plus membership discount. I am saving over $100 per month.

They put my medicine back and then allotted it for someone else while I was trying to get my plus pricing added. They keep charging memthe insurance price which is higher then the plus membership price I pay for. Once I get.that updated I had to wait a week until they got it in again. Once it was in again I had to go through the process of getting the pricing again. Every time I come in I have to wait for them to fix my pricing.

I’ve been a patient/customer of this pharmacy for 6 years now and I’ve never had any trouble, this is not the type of review that I like to leave and share, but today I went to pick up my order which was ready two days ago and was able to come pick it up today. I’m assuming the cashier was new at the pharmacy, I was blatantly skipped by her and she helped two other patients with their medications without even asking me if it was ok even though I was supposed to be helped next in line. I’m sorry but no matter what field of customer service you are in, the next person in line is the next person that should be helped. The cashier should not assume the order of the line or pull people ahead of others unless they ask the next person if they would like to wait.

Actually closed our membership awhile back. Not pleasant and judgmental about your medications .We have since renewed our membership but do not use their pharmacy. Always see so many people waiting around so you decide.

Nice and clean. Not nearly as packed as Costco
