Sam's Club Pharmacy

I called to have a prescription transferred from a different pharmacy and the rep acted as though it was an inconvenience to call them. I was hung up on and called back 2 more times to be rudely told that I would have to call my doctor and have them send my prescription since it was the my first time and they needed insurance codes. That in itself wasn’t what triggered this review. It was the reps rude, ugly, and nasty tone she had with me. I am never rude to anyone and believe kindness is free. They need customer service training.

If you're a health care provider or supporting staff for a provider, you're going to hate absolutely every second of interaction you have with this pharmacy's staff.

Two things. 1st, they used to be in stock on about everything you would need. The last times I have been here, they are out. Their shelves look somewhat bare, really WalMart/Sam's? 2nd, there is an assistant there that needs customer training. She is shorter, middle aged with dark hair. She is very short in her answers and comes across as she is too important to deal with the "peasants". The pharmacists are excellent in their customer interactions. But the first interaction with this Sam's Club Pharmacy is with an unpleasant person at the drop off.

Slow service the lady called me yesterday that all the medicines are ready and by the time I get there out of all the three the two medicines are ready and the other one is still getting made. Made me wait more than an hour to get the final medicine unprofessional pharmacists working there. I can go to Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens or CVS and I don't have to wait that long. I will not give any business to this Sam's pharmacy anymore

I called around to make sure that I was getting the best price. They texted me and told me a price and then said that my plus card would get me a discount. When I got there they gave me a third price and it was the highest of all. Now I have to go back and try to get my prescription from the doctors office again and go somewheres else. I did not expect this kind of service from Sams.
