Sam's Club Pharmacy

Planned my day around getting my COVID booster, as I had an afternoon appointment here. Waited on line 20 minutes before being told by another customer and then by a staff member that they weren't giving out anymore on this day. When I asked the worker why, I was told that they had a lot of walk-ins to get the shots on this day. So in other words, "Hey, you're a dummy for following the process by scheduling, because people walking in on a whim will get the shot over you and your appointment". She then didn't even say, "Let me find you an appointment tomorrow or one as soon as you can make it", as I was just sent on my way. No way to run any business, much less a pharmacy providing COVID shots.

I've had nothing but awesome experiences with the Pharmacy here in Middletown, NY. Everyone are real pleasant and take the time to explain everything.

Can I just say how I never expected such great service from a pharmacy inside Sam's Club, but wow these folks know their stuff *and* take the time to talk to you - always! Our so-called neighborhood pharmacy never did, and the other chains we went to were also pretty bad (slow service as well). I'm so glad we switched to Sam's when we did. :)

Everyone that works here is fantastic and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for providing such exceptional service.
