Went to fill a prescription for my dog and was treated horribly. I understand not everyone cares about animals but this was uncomfortably rude. To the pharmacist working last night I hope you are never met with the contempt you showed me.

I have not had huge issues with Sam’s in general. I am in a situation in which I am unable to drive due to back surgery. Thankfully, the Sam’s pharmacy I use VERY frequently, states that they offer same day delivery on their voicemail. Funny thing is, I have NEVER been able to get this. I haven’t had issues before with other areas of Sam’s. But this is a very delicate and pretty horrendous time for me. Change the voicemail and/or make an announcement that you do not offer delivery. I am losing respect for Sam’s.

Even though I don't have a Sam' Club Card, it didn't matter. I was still going to be able to have my prescription filled there. Very cool of them!
