My husband and I went to the optical department today and Raul Gamez was wonderfully helpful! He assisted both of us in finding frame options and did it with such patience, friendliness and knowledge. Usually it's hard to get a person to engage to that degree. He made great suggestions too. We felt like he cared about his job but even more important ly we felt like he cared about our needs. We are new members after giving up our Costco membership. The way we were treated at their optical department was far inferior to how we were treated at Sam's Club. Great job Raul! You represented Sam's Club very well.
Made appt for covid booster 2 weeks ahead & filled all info online. Then I had to refill on paper same info at pharmacy. Ladies were very nice, but their system causes major delays. Very tedious. Appt 9:30 got shot at 10:40. Poor organization. Dont get vaccine here is you value your time.
Sam’s club is a great pharmacy!!! All my family get their meds here !!!
