Sam's Club Pharmacy

Been going there for years and usually it’s no problem except they close 1:30 - 2 everyday which is the worst possible time for me. I will get there at 1:29 knowing my prescription will take 1 minute to pick up and they are already closed?? I understand taking lunch is important but do all employees have to take it at the same exact time?? Maybe have one person take lunch after the other???

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been to!!! The staff are always friendly, the wait never long, and the service very speedy. Special shout-out to Michael and Kasandra (sorry if I spelled that wrong). They have been extremely welcoming, friendly, and fun. They have gone out of their way numerous times for me and my partner. I actually look forward to getting my prescriptions here!

I switched to this pharmacy because of convenience a few years ago. They have been the BEST pharmacy I have ever used. I did not expect to get such great personal attention and service. Michael, Kasondra, Brady, and Trinh are simply awesome. I can't stress this enough.

I bought a glucose meter and test strips. Meter was highly inaccurate. Instructions say it requires a fluid. Sams pharmacy Loveland didn’t have it. Longmont said you don’t need it and they never sold it. Refused to take it back. Pointed to an obscure sign saying no refunds. Pharmacy manager wouldn’t be back for 3 days. Told me to call the manufacturer and see if they’d give me a coupon or a refund. The store manager gave me a refund. I will NEVER USE THE PHARMACY AGAIN!

Fast and courteous, good price. But they could have been a little bit more thorough explaining the process and relieving my confusion the first time there. Also, looking over the counter, they don't seem to have a wide variety of the stock...
