Sam's Club Pharmacy

Update: March 2025 We occasionally travel to Springfield MA to visit Costco. The comparison between Sam's and Costco is astonishing. Costco makes us feel like cattle. There is always a backup at the door while memberships are scanned, aisles are too narrow and check-out is so aggravating my blood pressure rises every time and my family questions why we maintain a membership (in fact we did not renew this year). Rewards are send annual via paper certificate which must be used in store. AND, they expire and can't be replaced if lost. Compared to Sam's; Costco feel very behind the times. When we visit Sam's, there aisles are widely space so that patrons can easily move past each other. The store is cleaner and better organized. Scan & Go ups the game when is comes to check-out convenience.

Called and asked if we could get a flu shot, pharmacist told me I would need to make an appointment online, so I did. Showed up at appointment time, was told there were 3 people ahead of me and to come back 30 mins later. Came back later, same people are still in front of me waiting for flu shot. Ended up leaving with no flu shot after an eternity. What’s the point of making an appointment?!

Everyone here has been great, stopped using CVS two years ago and came here. They are responsive and friendly, never had an issue in two years.
