Sam's Club Pharmacy

Sam's Club no longer accepts Good Rx. Had they informed me of this change in advance instead of ambushing me at the register that would have been fine. I am a Total and Permanent Disabled Veteran and I cannot work. This wonderful surprise is costing me around 3x's what Good Rx said and this comes 5 days before Christmas. I had to make a serious decision at the register; how many meals can I skip before I get my monthly scraps from the VA. Thank you Sam's for honoring my service and valuing the membership I pay for to shop in your store, use your gas pumps, and lastly get ripped off by your pharmacy .

Horrible! First time and Last time with Sams Club Pharmacy ! My nurse referred me to here said it would be great and quick and fast! Well she was wrong!!!Took my prescription to drop off 2 days before my procedure, was told it would be ready that day! Told the lady at the counter “No worries I’ll come tomorrow and pick it up” Showed up early afternoon and they spelled my name wrong on my prescription even after checking my ID and putting it in system when I dropped it off so it couldn’t be release to me!! Was told “We can change that for you won’t be ready for 45 minutes.” So I left and came back 2 hours later, just to be told my pick up was still not ready and would have to wait another 15 minutes ! Ridiculous!

Very upset that your Pharmacy hours have not been updated on your web site. An urgent care center sent a prescription to Sam's on Sunday, and we did not know that you no longer have Sunday hours ...until we got to the store. We tried to see if Walmart would intercept the prescription to fill this afternoon. Not possible since Sam's pharmacy is closed. This was a terrible inconvenience and making it impossible to start the medication until tomorrow.

They opened an extra checkout Yeah. However my husband went the next day and the cashier wouldn’t even put his purchase in the cart let alone a bag. If you want service try Walmart.

Sams pharmacy is the true many of ignore! I have just spent 30min without one person answering their phone. I get busy, so hire more people! Please!
