Sam's Club Pharmacy

Today is February 11th 2026. I have literally been trying to beg the pharmacy team, including the pharmacists that are on duty, to refill three out of five prescriptions that were receive the beginning of January (January 7, 2026). They automatically filled two of them when they were escribed which is what I'm told is supposed to happen. I was expecting a total of six prescriptions, but when I called they told me that they didn't have any other prescriptions besides the two that they filled. I called the doctor's office and the doctor's office confirmed that they sent over six prescriptions, so I called back Sam's Club and spoke with the same pharmacist who was all of a sudden able to find 3 additional prescriptions. After 9 years of dealing with the many Different Pharmacists and them trying to over charge me and now denying my prescriptions that I’ve gotten for over 10 years I am going with a Pharmacy that doesn’t make things complicated… I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all anymore

I am so tired of being lied by their pharmacist telling you what you want to hear instead of actually how long its really going to take. I called ahead and was told I'm working on my script as we speak and then after a 15 minutes drive they didn't even start it. With no one in-line I'm told it will be right up. While I'm standing their waiting at the counter the pharmacist Larry walks off like he was going to lunch after promising me it be up next never coming back. Meanwhile other customer's orders are filled as I'm left standing. It took me complaining to get someone else to fill it. Even then I was still left their standing. The total wait time for me and others was an hour without a care in the world of how many people were waiting.
