Sam's Club Pharmacy

I've cancelled my membership because of this pharmacy. After being assured they stocked a certain generic we were given a worse and ineffective generic. One that will make the taker sick. I was unable to double check that the proper generic would be filled because of an issue with the rx at drop off. After the tech walked away to deal with the issue she refused to come back to the window to speak to me, and when I complained to the pharmacist she suggested that I could've "spoken up more". I guess I was expected to yell sensitive medical preferences across the pharmacy? They are rude, condescending, and wholly unconcerned with doing a decent job. Absolutely terrible.

I really like using the Sams Club Pharmacy because unlike Walmart they are much faster and less people are using it so the wait is a lot less. Normally they can have your order done in 30 minutes to an hour but I'll call ahead and give them till about lunch or after work. They almost always have the medicine in stock and if not they can call it in a day or two.
