Sam's Club Pharmacy

Extremely rude pharmacist just hung up on me while I was talking, I am shocked. This has never happened before with any other pharmacy. I was asking a simple question about ordering a medication and she said "no I can't get it" with no details. The medication she stated unavailable was completely different from the one I asked about. Then she just yelled at me "I CAN'T DISCUSS THIS ANYMORE" and slammed the phone after I asked for clarification because I couldn't hear a word she said. Complete insanity.

If I could give a half of a star review I would. I use to pick up my son's prescriptions from Sam Club Pharmacy until they made a mistake on my son's medicine. The first time they some ended up giving my son a lower dosage in medicine that is used for his muscle tone due to my son having Cerebral Palsy. The dosage that they gave him was 10 times lower than what he normally takes, when I realized the mistake my son had already been taking the medicine for a week. The lower dosage caused my son to have a seizure. When I informed them of the mistake they responded with the doctor must have sent in a new prescription, I thought that was odd because my son's doctor never mentioned anything of the sort on our last visit. So I checked with his doctor and she confirmed that she didn't change the

The female pharmacist was very nice & helpful. The pharmacy has been out of my prescription for over a month (back ordered)

I would give the male pharmacist a zero review if possible. He is rude and unprofessional. It’s a shame that Sam’s continues to employ him. He has been this way for years.

This is the ONLY pharmacy in my area that I've found that carries, and has offered to special order my uncommon medication for me. I appreciate them so much!
