My family and I have been using Sam's Club Pharmacy for several years. I love that they take the time to get to know your name and always greet you with a friendly smile when you come in.
Dr. Duy was super kind while we waited on an issue to be resolved with my antibiotic for a double ear infection. She played picaboo with my son, was super patient and helped resolve the issue. I appreciate her and the service this pharmacy provided me. I think I may switch all my business to here as my pharmacy is closed on Saturdays. ❤️ I hope corporate and her supervisor see this review.
Duy , Christine and Kristen are amazing… may be the only reason we keep our Sam’s Club membership.
Customer service is better than three other pharmacies in Covington. Both coporate and independent.
The whole crew is always very helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
