Sam's Club Pharmacy

What is going on at the Sam's Club Pharmacy in Columbia, MO??? I haven't been there for about a year, they use to really want to help you and even go out of their way to help you with your prescriptions. I try to get the lowest price possible on my scripts, I had a script transferred to the Sam's Cub Pharmacy in Columbia, MO, I had 3 or 4 different coupons I wanted to try (they use to try them all for me), when I showed her my coupons, she said they do not have the staff to check on all the coupons and that I needed to pick one. I picked one, which I thought I had activated before I gave it to her. She told me it would be 10 minutes. Came back and she chewed me out because she had to call the number on the coupon and had to activate the coupon to get it to work, then she told me that

As a prescribing physician and rarely a patient too, I’ve found Sam’s Club pharmacy to be highly efficient, very professional and my patients tell me the pharmacists do an excellent job at explaining the directions and possible side effects of the medications. Prices for prescription eyedrops and common medications are the best in Columbia. I give them 5 stars overall.

I call in what I need they fill what they wont. They call and ask my doctor to ask for a new script when I have a refill. Doctor calls me and tells me I am asking for to much. "I never asked for one" I say, doctor believes me after 10 minuets, the pharmacy needed convincing that it was there fault.
