Sam's Club Pharmacy

Bought a car battery and they will not honor 3 years warranty because my membership expired. Where does it says that u have to have your membership active to get the warranty on any item you purchased while you had an active membership . It’s only been a few months approximately 7 months and now I have to purchase another battery. Don’t fall for it people. Autozone has better customer service and no membership needed.

Outstanding pharmacy, IMO. If there was a drive thru, it’d be 6 stars. Move 2 scripts there already, and it’s been far less complicated and unpredictable than CVS has been in recent years.

Went from 5 stars a year ago to less than 1 star in recent months, they have severed the connection with their customers ! Looking in to changing Pharmacy's after 25 +yrs with Sams........sad!!! 10/5/19 update; It seems they are getting the message, They got rid of the dead weight and have some people in their now that seem to like what they do. Susan is back running the Pharmacy like it should be ran, Thanks Sue for a great job, we appreciate you more than you know. Earl is still doing an outstanding job as he has done since day one and there are some new faces that seem to be very people oriented. There is still hope....keep you all posted...........

It is currently the day before thanksgiving and I arrived at the pharmacy at 7:01 and because I was one minute late sociopathic worker withheld my grandmother’s meds. Typical treatment from this horrid out of date pharmacy. This place is so out of date of that for the past few years the cashier has to change registers in the middle of the transaction EVERY SINGLE TIME because both registers barely work so its the only way to complete any transaction! It’s a joke at how underfunded this place is compared to it’s counterpart at walmart.

The best pharmacy i have ever used..the staff is efficient and helpful and most of all caring..they make being sick a little easier with their kindness and fast service. And knowledge...
