Cooper Urgent Care at Cinnaminson

Went with a sick child on Friday, no one else was waiting.. Rapid tests were done for Strep, Covid and Flu. Doctor said test for strep would be sent out because of my sons age and symptoms. My son's symptoms got worse over weekend. Called today Tuesday as Monday was Presidents day.. test was never sent out, no explanation given.! Never going there again!

Cooper urgent care in cinnaminson is excellent! I’ve been there a few times for myself & my kids. The doctors really listen to my concerns & treat me accordingly. At check out, they even found me a primary doctor & specialist to see. They also scheduled the appointments. Great staff, great doctors. (Dr. P. Patel)

Don’t come here they did me dirty TWICE. First time I went in was earlier this year because I was having chest pains. They told me I have to go to the ER to see if I have a blood clot or something wrong with my heart. Got to the ER they told me the doctor wrote on the chart stating to rule out “DKA”. Granted my blood sugar was at 250 at urgent care because I had eaten before I went in and I told them that, and I took insulin so my blood sugar would start to drop soon, But they brushed it off and assumed I wasn’t taking care of myself. Second time I went in there was October 25 I went in there told them my symptoms. The doctor said that he’s pretty sure I just have a yeast infection. But when the test results came in I was only tested for a uti, which was negative by the way. The doctor t

Complete waste of time and copay! Everyone is nice enough however, there isn’t a lan there, they don’t do bloodwork. So after 1.5 hours and a $75 copay they said I need to go to the ER to get bloodwork done. Well I just spent $75 in there I now don’t have the $150 copay to go to the ER. Asked if I could go to LabQuest in the morning and was told no. So still no diagnosis. Like I said complete waste of my time and money. Should’ve stuck with Patient First! Live and learn. Place is outdated and not that clean plus 2 people came in coughing, no one suggested that those people put on a mask.

Given that urgent care can’t give medical advice Janelle helped me the best way she could with my wife not being able to walk because of her foot. Jen was passionate, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and courteous without even going there yet I give this place five stars.
