Sam's Club Pharmacy

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy as somebody living with chronic health problems and picking up controlled substances often and having to struggle with pharmacies. Sam's Club pharmacy has stepped up and became my absolute favorite. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to assist you getting your prescription. I've had issues with prescriptions for years and never had a pharmacist call my insurance on their own to figure out the issue and get me my prescription. Love the pharmacy technicians too. They absolutely are friendly. Willing to help me in any way I can. Half of them have already remembered my name and I've only been going there for a couple of months now. I would definitely say Sam's Club pharmacy is my favorite one in town hands down.

Patience need to learn some Patience absolutely, the worst customer service at the pharmacy ever she was so rude just stopped checking us out and demanded the other gentleman to do her job ....who was great very polite, to finishing taking our money and just up and left the cash register.... all over a receipt ? We didnt want it in the bag she came un glued

They know us all by name. This pharmacy is no longer the most convenient one for us, but we still go there because we like it so much. Craig, Rhett, and Kami (and everyone else) are just the best.

Had an antidepressant med and an ADHD med (non-stimulant) transferred from Albertson's cuz it was more convenient and, when it was time to refill, they only notified me via text that the antidepressant was out, so I refilled it and nothing was ever mentioned by them or myself about the ADHD med, on my part because I didn't feel it was working anyway, but I did find it peculiar they never said anything about it. Fast forward a month or so later and I was prescribed a stimulant ADHD med, and was excited to finally be on one, as I feel I could really benefit from it. Sadly, I get a text saying they're out of the ADHD med, but will order it and it should arrive within 1-2 days. I go to get the scripts filled that same day and the woman tells me they are out of the one med and I let her know I'

I used to think they had their stuff together, but seem to have gone down hill. Wish they weren't so cheap or I would go elsewhere. Will definitely not be giving them anything new to fill.
