First time going to Sam’s Club Pharmacy and it was the best experience. Amazing pharmacist and tech! I am so appreciative of the great service I received especially after horrible pharmacy experiences at other pharmacy’s. When you are not feeling well and the pharmacist cares, and gives you great service it makes a huge impact on the healing. I also appreciate the goodie bag I got. I even got a treat for my dog. I am so grateful for the great service! I’m a new member and am so happy I chose Sam’s club as my new pharmacy.

I had the best experience at this pharmacy! Bother Gerrit and Cassandra were the kindest ever. Hearing their interactions with customers while waiting for my spot for the flu shot showed customer service truly isn’t dead. They were helpful in answering questions and would come and show customers where items were out in the store. If I could rate higher than a 5, I would.

Every time My wife and I needed assistance, they were there to assist us, great place to shop.

I tell you what I have used numerous pharmacies for pet meds , between costs, and most importantly, the pharmacist Gerrrit. He is so incredibly helpful and accommodating and informative and communicative I mean I've never had this kind of level of service from any pharmacy anywhere for my pet so yeah major kudos to this guy and his Pharmacy techs.
