My wife and I had our first appointment a few days ago and were pleasantly surprised. The front office is friendly, personable, and efficient. The hygienist and Dr. Riegel are also pleasant and proficient. We had to change dentists a couple of years ago and took a long time finding this office and making an appointment, which Rebecca made easy. We both needed cleaning after so long of a wait, so I was concerned about it. But Brianna patiently worked with equipment that I think she said utilized ultrasound and a newer type of suction device that was comfortable and didn't cause sores. The office also uses digital Xrays that are more comfortable than the old bitewings. I am impressed with this office and whole heartedly recommend them if you are searching for a Dentist. My first time at Dr. Reigel Family Dentistry was a very positive experience. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Brianna, was very thorough (no pain 👍). Dr. Reigel was wonderful. There were extra questions and concerns about my dental care that I needed to address, and he patiently discussed these with me. I left the office feeling happy to have found this dental practice.

I want to say that I have greatly appreciated Mark and his team's care over the last year. I have always held a grudge against Dentists untill my wife found this team. They may not take my insurance, but their price is reasonable. This is not a place that upsells you work. Just straight forward information and care, which is more I can say about many other medical or dental practices. All my repairs have held with no worries. Good bedside manner, and care taken to make sure the work is done in a reasonable amount of time. I'm often impressed it didnt take longer. Thank you Mark and team! If they took my insurance (delta) it would be 5 stars. As I said, I don't mind paying the bill to get work done by them!

The best dentist and staff I have ever been too. They take their time and make sure they have covered all your concerns. Love when I get my teeth cleaned, they do an amazing job! Highly recommend them.
