I had to find a new doctor for my daughter and Dr. Bhat was one that accepted her insurance. We met with Dr. Bhat and she is WONDERFUL. She listens, she's kind, she's patient, she seems to genuinely care about her patients. 5+ stars from me. I do have to say (and this is NO reflection on Dr. Bhat but there is one receptionist who has ZERO customer service skills and appears to not know her job. This particular receptionist called me on a Fri (when my daughter's appt was the following Mon) to tell me the office did not take her insurance. I asked her why she was calling me on a Friday to tell me this when her appt was the following Mon as I didn't have time to find a new doctor. Mind you, this appt was booked for almost a MONTH. Doctor Bhat is caring and listen to your health concern. She analyzes you and make sure you take any test necessary. I feel that I am in good hands with Doctor Bhat.
