As a heads up to others because this information is not publicized, Dr. Mobarek’s office does not see patients who pay out of pocket or who have multiple insurances where the first is not in network. They will turn you away on the day of the appointment and there is nothing you can do. Make sure your insurance is accepted and approved by his office well in advance of your appointment.

The greatest! After nearly ten years of struggling to have a doctor listen to me and believe me, Dr. Mobarek has restored my faith in medicine! I am so so grateful.

Doctor Mobarek listened intently to the issues I’ve been having, he asked questions to ensure he had clear understanding of what I’ve been facing. He did not rush me and showed he genuinely cares about helping me. He did not dismiss me like so many doctors have over the past 3 years that I’ve been struggling for answers. He made sure tests were performed and he diagnosed Dysautonomia POTS. He made sure to follow up with me and is keeping me on his schedule for continued follow ups. He gives me guidance on steps to help improve my health and he is patient with me as I pose questions about my many symptoms and any confusion I have. He’s the absolute best Doctor I’ve ever seen! I’m so very grateful to him and for him!

First, I give Dr. Mobarek 5 stars. His staff the minimum (1), which brings average to 3. Pro: Dr Mobarek is phenomenal and thorough. He asked questions no one else has which gave me ease he is invested in my health. Refreshing. Con: every complaint happens to link to his office staff. One forgot to dismiss me and I left at 6:40 one day, they close at 5. No one knew I was even there (don’t they wipe rooms down?). Whenever Dr. Mobarek tells staff to schedule my follow up or procedure, they NEVER do. I end up waiting patiently then weeks later calling them or emailing requesting them to follow through, and almost often greeted with snarky attitudes. On June 3, 1999, I experienced a life threatening cardiac incident. Thankfully, Dr Mobarek was the cardiologist on call at the hospital to which the EMS took me, Fast forward to 2020.......I am still under the care of Dr. Mobarek. Over the past 21 years, his knowledge and exceptional competence coupled with a calming bed side manner has reduced my expected anxiety and has allowed me to cautiously live my life. I am and will continue to be forever grateful.
