Great staff, service, and they truly listen to your concerns. They are short staffed so GIVE THEM A BREAK. Just walk in at opening time and you will be helped. They are learning a new program and their schedulers were cut in half due to a new FEDERAL LAW. The front desk receptionists are always sweet. Prompt, professional, and quick to serve.
"Same day care" apparently means being grilled about whether you have an appointment by the desk clerk even though your opening statement was "I was told to just go to same day care." Not listening and then getting annoyed at people who are frustrated you aren't listening isn't helpful.
Always on time. Wonderful provider and nurse.
Not same day care, by appointment only!
They never answer the phone!!!
